Message Bright Ceramic Coatings like Jet Hot, Sermetel, etc, are NOT supposed to be used on hot side turbo components. They are NOT rated for these operating temps and will break down / become sacrificial in most applications quite quickly. Further, hand polishing generally doesn't work well either in that it leaves open pores in the material that lead to rusting.

A good rule of thumb is if the pipes in your application ever "glow red", then Bright Ceramic will NOT work....

In applications like turbo / turbine housings, turbo headers / manifolds etc, you need to use a High Temp Ceramic Coating. These are typically rated at 1700F - 2000F+.
